Strict shelf-life limitations govern material usability, with out-time tracking mandatory from the moment the material leaves cold storage until autoclave processing begins. Expired or improperly handled material must be discarded due to structural integrity risks in finished composite structures.

Specialized refrigerated transport networks and temperature-monitored cold storage facilities preserve resin reactivity during international distribution. Material specifications mandate strict quality verification checks, including resin content tests and tack measurements before part manufacturing. High material costs demand efficient automated pattern nesting software to minimize scrap during cutting operations.
